Paul McCorquodale joined Volo as COO in August 2014. He has a wealth of technology, leadership and service expertise in IT, telecoms and Internet services. Prior to Volo, Paul headed up Service Management for EE (formerly Orange). In this role he was primarily responsible for the service experience of the millions of EE business users across the UK and of the other operators who use the EE network such as Virgin and ASDA Mobile. During his rise in IT and Telecoms Paul has successfully led teams at every stage of the customer lifecycle from supporting vast call centres infrastructures to delivering software integrations and quality assurance. On top of all this he runs his own ecommerce venture providing online ordering and cloud based POS capabilities to restaurants.
