Role Description
This role requires an individual who has a background in program or program management, as well as experience with ecommerce marketplaces including eBay and Amazon, with strong awareness of their processes and best practise relating to listing creation, fulfilment, customer services, promotions, account health and growth.

You will be working with existing Volo customers, new customers and the rest of the business to devise, define and managed a series of commercial projects designed to onboard and grow our new Manged Service customers and the growth initiatives of our significant existing 1.0 customers.

Whilst this is not a role linked directly to sales performance targets, the metrics for success will be the revenue generated from the projects managed by you due to your timely comparison and proactive identification of challenges, risk and/or opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Account Executives, the New Business and the key stakeholders at the customer or prospect document and manage the progress of all growth initiatives.
  • Support the selling of these growth initiatives into our customer base or in the new business process by creating project plans or statements of work which accurately reflect timelines, dependencies and roles and responsibilities for each project.
  • Be responsible for the in-life management of each Managed Service Project – this includes the daily digest of error reports from 2nd Office; the daily analysis of performance reports and how they align to the Growth Plan for each customer; the communication of any deviation of threat to the Growth Plan or the Managed Service Project to the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continually research the market to source new tools to improve the efficiency and performance of the managed service or growth projects.
Key Skills and Experience


  • Have successfully delivered IT projects to customers, owning elements of the delivery lifecycle including requirement capture and documentation, planning, risk management and stakeholder communication.
  • Have been involved with the daily operation of an eCommerce marketplace selling account, ideally eBay or Amazon and are familiar with listing creation, fulfilment and customer services.
  • Have familiarity with the growth and account status maintenance tasks for eCommerce marketplace accounts including best practise and designing, running and measuring promotional activities.
  • Experienced with MS Excel including the use of formulas.


  • Experience with IT system integration, migration and data transfer.
  • Experience with managing multiple concurrent projects / customer accounts.
  • Experience working within processes and procedures and can evaluate and make recommendations for improvement.
