Role Description
We are looking for a business graduate with 1-2 years of commercial experience to join our new Management Development Programme. In the initial role you will be working alongside the VP of Product Strategy, VP of Communication and Brand and the VP of Strategic Partnerships. Working with our senior leadership team, you will attend meetings with investors, clients, and partners, gaining terrific knowledge and insight into the business. You’ll be responsible for preparing presentations, looking at accounts, helping prepare marketing materials, and co-ordinating meetings between the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting our three VP’s in London with their day to day business requirements
  • Help the leadership team to communicate business critical information across all locations
  • Take ownership of your work and delivery schedules
  • Act as the point of contact between the leadership team and employees/clients
  • Manage phone calls and emails when required for the senior management team
  • Become immersed in Volo’s culture, suggest better ways of working and more efficient ways to run the London office

Key Skills and Experience
  • A degree in a business-related discipline would be highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
  • Show discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Excel
  • Strong Multi-tasking and Prioritising skills
  • Scheduling / Diary Management
  • Familiarity with utilising online calendars and cloud-based systems
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
