In your capacity as an experienced IT Engineer you will utilise the corporate support tools and deploy the resources necessary to get the job done. Support channels include a dedicated ticket system, e-mail, phone and Instant Messenger. You will be responsible for picking up issues from all parts of the organisation, providing email and phone based support alongside a small team and the Head of OMC. You will take a lead on complex internal problems, migration projects, documentation and be instrumental in steering the strategic direction for Volo's IT outsource support requirements. Some work out of standard UK hours may be required to cover on-call and the needs of our US office.
