Role: Product Owner

Reports to: CEO

Location: Hybrid remote/Cheltenham office, UK hours

The role: The Product Owner is the ‘CEO of the Volo product set’, responsible for researching, setting and implementing product strategy and the product roadmap, as well as defining the features. Managing the define-design-build-ship product lifecycle, the product owner prioritises the current and future product needs of customers, partners and the business. The role sits on the Volo management team and helps shape the direction and success of the business.

Comfortable at the intersection of business, technology and user experience, the role is researcher, architect, customer advocate, evangelist and key to Volo’s success. We work in scrum and the Product Owner works that way, refining sprints, managing the development queue, removing blockers and keeping us on track with our customers and partners.

Role: Support Analyst

Reports to: Head of Customer Success

Location: Cheltenham or remote with access to our office, UK hours

The role: The role sits within Customer Operations where our focus is revenue retention and growth. You will be specialising in performing resolution of customer queries in relation to the Volo systems and third-party technologies that Volo integrates with, while offering a high level of customer service.

Primarily you will handle Support Tickets that have been raised by customers through our Live Chat service, ticketing system and phone line. You will focus on taking personal ownership of the queries and resolving them within our Service Level Agreements (‘SLAs’) and with excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Role: Account Manager

Reports to: Head of Customer Success

Location: Remote, UK hours, with access to our Cheltenham office

The role: As an Account Manager at Volo you will be responsible for working with our customers to become a trusted advisor, helping them to simplify the complex world of multichannel ecommerce.

Using your knowledge and experience of the industry you will provide the insights and recommend strategies that will help our customer to grow their business.

Managing a set of customer accounts you will spend time to understand their business operations, goals and objectives, and establish a relationship with the key decision makers.

Once you understand your customer you will work on developing tactical and strategic plans with them that support short and long term goals.

You will then oversee the implementation of those plans, working with the customer team and internal resources as required.

Role: Sales Consultant

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Cheltenham or remote with access to our office, UK hours

The role: The Sales Consultant is a commercially focused individual responsible for delivering on growth targets for the business. The sales consultant develops and closes opportunities brought in by the company’s business development efforts and generates opportunities of their own. The role carries an important connection between Volo and senior decision-makers, guiding our potential customers through the buying process.

The sales consultant works closely with Marketing and the rest of the management team to execute on the company’s business plans. This is a quota-bearing role with a very real opportunity for fast progression within the business.
