Role: Account Manager

Reports to: Head of Customer Success

Location: Cheltenham or remote with access to our office, UK hours

The role: This role requires a commercially minded individual who has a background in creating strong commercial relationships and articulating upsell initiatives into key stakeholders. The Account Management role drives organic growth within the business, as well as managing and stemming attrition.

The Account Manager works with the rest of the business to articulate customer growth opportunities through various initiatives and increased adoption and use of the Volo Origin and Volo Vision platforms.

Role: Customer Onboarding Representative

Reports to: Head of Customer Success

Location: Cheltenham or remote with access to our office, UK hours

The role: The role sits within Customer Operations where our focus is revenue retention and growth. You will be responsible for supporting our sales and account management team at all pre-sales stages and also project managing the implementation of our software to new clients.

Role: Sales Development Representative

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Cheltenham or remote with access to our office, UK hours

The role: The Sales Development Representative (‘SDR’) is a commercially focused individual with a background of getting on with people, building relationships and following sales best practices. The role is often a potential customer’s first contact with Volo and drives qualified opportunities for the sales team.

The SDR will research, identify and qualify opportunities by questioning and uncovering business challenges and requirements. The SDR works with Marketing and the rest of the business to raise awareness and appreciation for Volo and build demand for our technologies and services.

Role: Support Analyst

Reports to: Head of Customer Success

Location: Cheltenham or remote with access to our office, UK hours

The role: The role sits within Customer Operations where our focus is revenue retention and growth. You will be specialising in performing resolution of customer queries in relation to the Volo systems and third-party technologies that Volo integrates with, while offering a high level of customer service.

Primarily you will handle Support Tickets that have been raised by customers through our Live Chat service, ticketing system and phone line. You will focus on taking personal ownership of the queries and resolving them within our Service Level Agreements (‘SLAs’) and with excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
