We work with you to develop an implementation timetable so that you understand what’s happening, when it’s supposed to happen and who’s involved on your side and ours. Our detailed plan keeps you in the loop and the implementation on time.
Be guided through the implementation process
Your Implementation Consultant is your main point of contact through the implementation process, working with you and your team, until you are live. Together, we configure the Volo platform to your requirements, bring in your inventory and connect your sales channels to ensure orders flow. We check that you know how to add new stock, dispatch your parcels and communicate with your customers.
Run your business while you learn the new system
Your Implementation Consultant knows you’ve still got a business to run so will work with you to schedule sessions at convenient times. We wait until the end of your implementation to take full control of your listings and synchronise your stock levels across your marketplaces.
See your business fly once you’re up and running
It’s important you make the switch to the new way of working with confidence. Shortly after you go live we set up a handover call for you to meet your dedicated Account Manager and our Support team. Our Account Managers work with you to plan further projects to accelerate your sales growth and improve your processes.
