Connecting your ecommerce business operations

Volo Origin (ecommerce ERP for marketplaces and web stores) and Volo Vision (reporting/analytics) connect to a range of third party systems in your ecommerce sales and marketing ecosystem, which allows you to automate the exchange of information and increase your ecommerce business productivity. Ecommerce sales and marketing for web stores

Selling direct to consumers on your own website gives you more control of the buyer relationship and better margins, as long as you can drive significant traffic there. Web store platforms like Magento, Shopify and Visualsoft have full, ready-made ecommerce functionality for your website(s). We connect directly with these platforms and provide the ‘back end’ linkages like listing information, pricing and stock level updates and order processing. We also have our own fully featured Volo web store platform.

Marketplaces

We offer direct marketplace integrations so that you can run your end-to-end ecommerce business centrally from within Volo Origin. Amazon and eBay account for 80% of marketplace commerce, and UK-based OnBuy is growing extremely quickly. For Amazon we support all their marketplaces, as well as FBA, Fulfilled by Merchant, Merchant/Seller Fulfilled Prime, and Amazon Business. For eBay we support all their marketplaces and eBay Managed Payments. Depending on your category and cross-border ambitions, other marketplaces may complement your multichannel strategy.

Warehouse management for ecommerce sales and marketing operations

Volo Origin has full warehouse management functionality from goods in to goods out, including multiple location and multiple warehouse support. For those customers who have extremely demanding warehouse requirements, we have a direct integration to PeopleVox and connect the various back office processes to allow you to deliver a seamless buying experience.

Accounts for ecommerce business

Even though Volo Vision provides comprehensive reporting of sales figures, it makes sense for companies to integrate their own accounting systems to Volo Origin so that sales figures are automatically posted through, saving valuable time and effort on the accounting, compliance and tax side of the house. We connect directly with the leading accounting packages.

Order and shipping management for ecommerce sales and marketing campaigns

In today’s climate of enhanced uncertainty and increased ecommerce activity, it pays to have a range of integrated order management and shipping options to offer the optimal buying experience and give yourself flexibility to guard against capacity-constrained couriers. We have over 60 Brexit-compliant integrations with shipping aggregators, consolidators, third party logistics companies (3PLs) and couriers, either through API or feeds technology. Alternatively, we can also build direct shipping integrations through our Volo Smart Shipper.
